4th of July in America. We were woken up by a bass band, had hotdogs for lunch, spent $10,000 on fireworks and then went to the local bar. (Shots taken on my new 70-200mm @ F2.8.)

The photos here capture the small unscripted moments in life; the joy, sorrow, pain and love. Only when pushed to our extremes do we know who we really are.
Subject's should be aware but unsuspecting so I stray away from flash, but I like darkness all the same.
Love the second (from the top)! I really like how the light is capturing the smoke/clouds! Nice work mate!
